The Return and Refund policy will take majority of items as long as said items are not in the following.

-all said items that you (the buyer OR user) would like to return, must be returned or have contacted our support team about returns within 5 DAYS of purchase.

-for items that have a factory defect or are not working as advertised, contact our support team for help receiving a 100% refund after said item is received, tested and confirmed to have a defect.
